1. Return Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Expired product received
- Package received in tampered condition
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 24-48 Hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused or substantially unused
- Original packaging, labels, and invoice should be retained
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened or consumed food products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return/refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 10-30 Days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
If payment was made via:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallets
the refund will be issued through the same payment method wherever possible.
5. Exchange & Replacement Options
We may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for a similar product
- Store credit
- Refund
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Replacement products will be shipped subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product:
Please contact us within 24-48 Hours of delivery with:
- Photos/videos of the product
- Outer packaging images
- Order details
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product shipped
- Damaged or defective product
- Missing item issue
we will bear the return shipping costs wherever applicable.
If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10-30 Days.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
